Servo Fastening modul for Robot Arm
The SERVO FASTENING MODULE is a precision torque control screw driver module, its torque sensing technology is based on the ACCUTOQ torque sensor. It is designed for use on industrial automation system and robotics, where precision torque fastening is required. With the trend of Industry 4.0 electric, under the requirements of smart manufacturing production data collection and analysis, production traceability and predictive maintenance, electronic power tool module like this has become a major part in the system.
Combined with Prodives’proprietary torque sensor, this module is a fastening attachment for the existing robotic arm and automation system.
The servo screwdriver can achieve a higher fastening torque accuracy and consistency compared to traditional type of screwdriver.
The electronic torque sensor inside can be used to detect production defects due to tool malfunction, and the tool can be replaced ahead of time, this is an important part of predictive maintenance.
